	This beautifully designed new cottage offers excellent privacy with over 100 feet of waterfront. This cottage is well appointed with hard wood flooring, ceramic tiles and ample windows. The cottage is only 100 feet from the lake, and offers a large lakeside deck off the living room.

How to get to the cottage:

We are located 120 km North-East from Toronto.

Take HWY # 401 East to HWY 404 North. In about 20 min. exit at Davis Drive (East) exit 31 to HWY 48 North. Drive for 30 min. (45Kms) on HWY 48 'til it merges into HWY 12 North. In about 7-8 mints.(12kms). Take exit to HWY 48 East till you reach Kirkfield (10 min/17Kms.). At Kirkfeild take Hwy 6-Kirkfeild road North and immediately after Lock # 36 take left to MaGuires Beach road. Continue driving for 4-5 minutes to reach 267 MaGuires Beach road cottage. The driving time is approximately 1hr 20 mnts.

Amenities:

The closest town is only a few minutes away. The town of Kirkfeild,6 KMs, provides a grocery store, restaurant, LCBO stores & other general stores. Bring your golf clubs & play a round of golf at the golf course just minutes away. J & H stables is also very close by and horseback riding is available for adults and children at affordable rates, just within 10 minutes drive down south on Highway 48 from Kirkfeild. For major grocery shopping visit Independence in HWY 48 South, beside McDonalds & gas station.

Golf Course

Western Trent Golf Club is very near and is located in Bolsover. One could either boat across the lake and dock there or drive up to the golf course.Take Kirkfield road south to Hwy 48 west 7kms, you could find Western Trent Golf Club towards your right on Bolsover road (follow the signs).

Casino Rama

Casino Rama is less than 30 mnts drive from the cottage. From Mcguires beach road turn left on to kirkfield Rd. follow all the way to 169 where you will come to a stop sign...turn right on 169 and follow to Monck Rd, turn left to Monck Rd..and at the 1st light turn right to Rama Rd. and follow to Casino Rama which is on the right hand side.

Wild Wings

If you love beer and wings, the famous buffalow wings is right on Hwy 12 North. Cozy environment, good food, friendly service and 80 varieties of wings to chose from.

Take Kirkfield road south to Hwy 48 West follow Hwy 48 West to Hwy 12 North. Take Hwy 12 North and in less than 4 mnts you will see Wild Wings on to your left.
